Below are a few essential links to help you be a productive leader:
Pack Committee. Every pack is under the supervision of a Pack Committee. This committee consists of a minimum of three members, one of which is designated committee chair. New Leaders. If you are a new leader in Cub Scouting, here are some key resources that you should review so that you can get your den up and running, right from the start.

Cub Scouts Program Helps. The annual Cub Scout Program Helps is such an important resource for Cub Scout leaders that it has often been called “the foundation for successful Cub Scouting.” These program helps provide a detailed, easy-to-follow program to assist leaders in planning meetings.
Scouting magazine. Published six times a year, Scouting magazine offers a mixture of information, instructions, and inspiration, designed to strengthen readers in their leadership roles and to assist them as parents in strengthening families. Every registered adult volunteer and professional scouter receives a subscription to Scouting magazine. Annual subscriptions are also available to non-members.
